And then I started looking at the bigger picture. We see this happening on a national level—American money leaving our country, supporting corporations that don’t reinvest in us. The more I dug, the more I realized how deep this issue runs, even down to the products we use in our homes every day. Many contain harmful chemicals, and worse, they come from companies that prioritize profit over people.

That’s when I knew it was time for a change.
